1. Turning it into a personal

setting up a successful solution is more than just what you want to accomplish. That's why it's important to you - something called inner motivation. " Inner motivation is what drives someone to great achievement. "It's usually for their personal reasons," said Misti gueron M.S., RD, a medical nutrition therapist at the Halley center. For example, losing weight to improve self-esteem is a personal motivation, not because your family wants you to lose weight. "Whether it's boosting self-confidence or having more energy to play with your children, identify your inner motivation and write it down somewhere so it motivates you to stick to it.

2. Making a successful plan

"the determination to go on a diet is often short-lived, because our daily lives and social relationships reflect our old habits," Misti gueron M.S., Rd. "but taking a moment to plan and organize your physical and social environment will pay off in the long run." Therefore, if you are determined to eat more fruits and vegetables, set up a shopping reminder on your mobile phone every week at the specified time, and choose the fruits and vegetables that are most suitable for your lifestyle. No matter what your goal is, decide which healthy solutions are the easiest and most enjoyable for you, and then make a successful plan.

you may have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and for good reason. Eating a healthy breakfast can increase the total intake of nutrients, enhance immunity, enhance memory, improve mood, and help control weight. " Have breakfast every day. It's a practical, simple, everyday solution because it works quickly, "says Misti gueron of MIT. To make the most of your breakfast, make sure you get enough protein so you're satisfied and full before your next meal. A protein rich breakfast includes eggs, nuts, nut butter, seeds (such as Chia and flaxseed) and unsweetened yoghurt.

4. Reduce salt intake

if you want to reduce salt intake, you are not alone. According to the American Heart Association, most people take about 3400 milligrams of sodium a day, more than twice the recommended 1500 milligrams for heart health. High salt intake is associated with chronic diseases including osteoporosis, hypertension and cancer. To make salt reduction a solution you can stick to, try flavoring your food with lemon juice or fresh herbs to add flavor without sodium.

5. It may take a lot of effort and a sense of deprivation to decide not to eat sweets again. A more realistic solution is to create an environment in which you can eat less sugar without relying entirely on your willpower. " It's a simple and effective strategy to get rid of all the candy in your cupboard and fridge, and it's very effective when solving problems, "says MIT's misty Glenn." research shows that when candy is in our arms, or even in our eyes, we're more likely to consume it than go to the store and buy it.

6. Improving your immunity is the key to your overall health. When you're sick, it's more challenging to maintain your health and health goals. Our immune health may be affected by environmental and lifestyle factors, including poor diet, lack of sleep and high stress. Eating foods rich in immune enhancing nutrients, such as vitamin C and glutathione, is a sustainable solution. A recent study published in the European Journal of nutrition showed that a daily supplement of 1000 mg of glutathione can improve the level of glutathione in the blood and strengthen the immune system. Foods that also provide vitamin C and glutathione include citrus fruits such as oranges and grapefruits, cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cabbage, and broccoli. Join the game

have you ever tried to turn your weight loss goal into a game? This may sound silly, but it could be a successful way to achieve a healthy diet, exercise and weight control. " The game of weight loss refers to a large group of people participating in the challenge of competing with others under economic and other incentives. Bringing people together "encourages healthy habits that foster friendships and commonalities, challenges and excitement among members, and further learning how to be healthier," says MIT's Misti gueron. "In these situations, many people become healthier, reduce or eliminate health problems, and change their lifestyles."

8. Eating more conscious food is related to your way of eating. " Be more attentive when eating: when eating, you should eliminate the interference from your body, do not call, watch TV, read books or read newspapers, and try to focus on the actual eating experience (how does the food taste, what's going on in your mouth), "alyse Levine, M.S., Rd. said," your attention will naturally shift when eating, but you want to take it back to the food and have a look Are you still enjoying the food and hungry? Being more careful will make you enjoy your food more and stop eating when you are comfortable - not when your plate is cleaned. Recruit support staffAn important part of the ability to achieve and maintain goals. " Without the support of friends and family, we are unlikely to create healthy changes through health and weight. In a supportive environment, in individuals with similar values, it is easier to achieve new health goals. Third, look at the people in your life and try to have a good time with those who support and inspire you. What do you think of Danilo Andrews / iStock / Getty Images?
